Today was my first encounter with Samyra. I had a deep tissue massage. The room was warm and relaxing music & warmth. Samyra was welcoming and put me at my ease. An hour of her working on my muscles left me much more flexible. Now for my post care....drink lots of water and a soak in the tub. Thank you for a very positive experience.
